Towards Transformation: My Training Plan Starting March 24
Starting on March 24, I will begin my training plan to gain weight and develop my physical form. This will be an important milestone in my personal project, documenting my progress over time. I will share my strategy, routine, and expectations for this new phase here.
Objective My main goal is to gain weight healthily and reach 78 kg, up from my current 60 kg. To achieve this, I will combine weight training and proper nutrition to maximize results.
Training Plan The routine will be structured with resistance and strength training, divided as follows:
Nutrition and Supplementation To support weight gain, I will follow a diet rich in proteins and complex carbohydrates, distributing meals throughout the day. Additionally, I will use supplements such as whey protein and creatine to optimize results.
